Commercial Specialist Protection / Apparel & Gear (f/m/d)
What you will be doing:
- Translate business targets into regional, channel, and product-level plans, with a focus on omnichannel growth.
- Develop seasonal sales strategies, including forecasts, simulations, and key business drivers.
- Define competitive pricing, manage global price lists, and oversee discounts and promotions.
- Align closely with Demand & Supply to optimize forecasting and inventory management.
- Manage assortment planning and SMU programs for strategic retail and rental partners.
- Deliver actionable sales analysis and track KPIs to evaluate commercial performance.
- Equip sales teams with effective tools, merchandising strategies, and training.
- Share market insights with internal teams to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Your profile and required competencies:
- A minimum of 3 years' of experience in retail or wholesale, ideally in the sports industry with a focus on winter sports
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven, customer-focused approach
- Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation skills
- Confident communicator with business-fluent English; German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data and reports
- Flexible, well-structured, and open to travel as needed
- Genuine passion for skiing and outdoor sports

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for employees in the wood industry. An appropriate overpayment is offered, depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience, as well as development opportunities within a globally operating corporate group.
