Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities (Text Only)
  1. You will support various sellers to achieve revenue targets and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  2. You will develop an understanding of critical resources and resource usage to drive business outcomes.
  3. You will propose solutions and seek feedback from peers and managers on how to adjust the commercial licensing approach to meet customer needs.
  4. You will contribute to developing commercial proposals, enhance industry knowledge, and understand competitive analysis to craft commercial solutions from early engagement, planning, and ideation, ensuring effective account territory planning.
  5. You will review customer commercial history, including discounts, concessions, and consumption, and identify upcoming renewals as appropriate.
  6. You will learn about adherence to volume licensing and commercial solutions policies for deal execution, including compliance with regulatory laws, company policies, and local market principles.
  7. You will analyze deals for risks related to contract growth, partner channel risk, profitability, legal issues, and contracting, leveraging both corporate and local resources, and staying updated with current tools to ensure compliance with Microsoft policies (e.g., anti-corruption policy).
  8. You will embody our culture and values.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field
  • Sales and negotiation experience
  • Fluent in German
  • Fluent in English
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Germany to be eligible for this role.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing (or equivalent) AND sales and negotiation experience or related work experience.
