As Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d), you take financial ownership for our strategic key customers during the sales phase. Acting as a trusted finance business partner to the GBS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization, you combine strong commercial expertise with a sales-driven mindset to help drive the growth of our customer relationships through tailored offers, business cases, and contractual frameworks.

You'll make an impact by

  • Driving pre-sales activities by creating tailored business cases, offer calculations, and conducting financial risk analyses to present to the GBS CEO and CFO
  • Designing and implementing innovative costing and pricing models for GBS services with a customer-first mindset
  • Owning financial alignment with GBS Business Lines, regions, and key customers, including leading negotiations and representing Finance
  • Defining and reviewing commercial terms and conditions for offers and contracts in collaboration with the CRM Contracts & Processes team and Legal
  • Supporting budget planning and identifying growth opportunities with Global Account Managers and GBS Business Lines

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Extensive financial experience in sales or commercial project management (e.g., Commercial Bid Manager, Commercial Project Manager)
    • Experience in financial deal shaping, contractual topics, and risk assessment during offer preparation
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI-driven decision-making using Microsoft Office and analytical tools
    • Deep understanding of commercial processes and sales governance, capable of acting as a trusted advisor within the global GBS Finance network
    • Guidance in global offer preparation and functioning as a multiplier in the GBS Finance organization
    • PM@Siemens Commercial Project Manager certification is a plus
  • Ways of working:

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality financial outcomes
    • Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly to customers or top management
