About the role

We're in search of a Commercial Quality Senior Associate (DACH & Nordics) to join the team – where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. Based in Heidelberg, you'll contribute to the growth of our trusted product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities
  • Support culture of continuous improvement in quality and compliance activities through proactive communication, partnering and training in DACH and Nordics Commercial Unit
  • Tracking of non-conformities, complaints and CAPA
  • Tracking and trending of KPIs and regular reporting with improvement plans
  • Support deployment of the Global SOPs and manage local QMS
  • Providing training, education and guidance on Quality requirements to the BUs and 3PLs
  • Responsible to self-assess or audit the Reckitt Quality Manual annually in order to ensure compliance and risks.
  • Support in audit planning, audit performance and follow up of actions for internal, external, and third-party audits.
  • Prepare technical agreements and support review.
  • Support in quality projects and global deployments
  • To be the first contact for 3PLs for any Quality or Supply Related topics
  • Supporting day to day quality activities and issues
The experience we're looking for

Personal skills:

  • Understanding of Regulatory, Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Distribution Practice and ISO requirements
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating personality
  • Adaptable and collaborative nature, eager to work with cross-functional partners and multiple stakeholders
  • Influencing skills in areas with no direct reporting authority

  • Commercial understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, budgeting, priority setting, project management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Openness to change and ability to think out of the box

Education and professional experience:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality compliance function

Software skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Veeva Vault is considered as a plus
  • Both English and German fluently (minimum C1 proficiency)
