A leading international FMCG company in Heidelberg is seeking a Commercial Quality Associate to manage quality across distribution and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have 1-2 years' experience in quality roles. Fluent German and English are essential. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in quality-related roles (QA, QC, compliance, regulatory, or audit).
  • Background in consumer goods, logistics, or manufacturing quality management.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and qualify warehouses and co-packers to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Manage quality incidents and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to maintain product compliance.
  • Support label creation and product conformity with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver internal audits and training on quality procedures for key departments.
  • Conduct risk assessments and prepare formal documentation.
  • Coordinate management reviews and report quality KPIs for leadership updates.
  • Monitor quality standards, traceability, and product handling with external partners.

Location: Heidelberg, Germany (Hybrid, 3 days in the office).
