Zusammenfassung

IRCA Group in Hochheim am Main is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure food safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the business. You will help develop and improve QMS, hygiene programs, allergen management, audits, and documentation control in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes HACCP leadership, external audits support, and driving continuous improvement to uphold product quality and operational excellence within a global team.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technologies or related field.
  • +2 years in a similar QA role, preferably in B2B food industries.
  • Fluent German and English required.

Aufgaben

  • Manage hygiene, food safety and allergen control programs.
  • Lead and maintain HACCP system and HACCP Team.
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate pest control and external service providers.
  • Deliver food safety and quality training to staff.
  • Support customer audits and inquiries; manage documentation in GQMS.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality projects.

The role:

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across the organization. This role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems by overseeing hygiene programs, HACCP implementation, allergen management, audit activities, and documentation control. Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, the Quality Assurance Specialist contributes to maintaining high standards of product quality, food safety, and operational excellence while fostering a strong quality culture throughout the business.


What will you do:


  • Manage and monitor hygiene, food safety, and allergen control programs

  • Implement and maintain the HACCP system, including leading the HACCP Team

  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring activities

  • Coordinate pest control management and oversee external service providers

  • Deliver food safety and quality training to employees

  • Support customer audits, certification audits, and customer inquiries

  • Manage quality documentation within the GQMS framework

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support quality projects


Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technologies or a related field.

  • Professional Skills/Experience: +2 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B companies. Depth knowledge of food analysis and technology, hygiene and IFS, HACCP

  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English

  • Computer Skills: MS Office, SAP

  • Location: Hochheim am Main

  • Working hours: Full time, 38h/week, from Monday to Friday
