Responsibilities:
  1. Define customer priorities and quality plans to achieve customer requirements
  2. Support ensuring compliant operations in EMEA related to new EU MDR battery management regulations, including preparing and submitting battery waste management applications and registrations
  3. Develop and implement battery distribution and waste reporting processes in alignment with materials planning and customer service teams
  4. Ensure compliant, efficient, and effective Commercial Quality operations supporting forecasted growth
  5. Identify and implement cost and efficiency opportunities in collaboration with business partners
Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. in Engineering or a related scientific discipline (M.Sc. in Business, Science, Engineering preferred)
  • Technical knowledge of environmental regulations, quality systems, and operations for medical device and pharmaceutical distribution activities
  • Experience with multi-cultural/multi-country locations and environmental regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of Quality IT Systems
  • Specific knowledge of EU Battery Regulation (2023/1542)
  • Ideally, knowledge of SAP
  • Strong collaboration and influence management skills
