Your daily business
  • Supporting the hotel management in the assertion of defect and warranty claims
  • Supporting the preparation and supervision of official inspections and acceptances for buildings and technical facilities
  • Monitoring contract terms, deadlines and maintenance cycles Coordinating external service providers and maintenance partners
  • Coordinating defect reports, obtaining quotations and commissioning and coordinating maintenance and repair measures
