Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreicher Abschluss in Wirtschaft oder Recht, mit Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement.
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise auch in Französisch oder Spanisch.

Main Tasks:

• You will be responsible for commercial project support in the sales phase
• You are the commercial contact person for our customers and sales engineers
• You will work with interdisciplinary teams from different locations
• You will be in charge of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in our international project business
• You will work closely with the sales and legal departments as well as internal and external experts in the areas of credit risk, financing, tax, insurance and compliance
• You will be responsible for the commercial risk assessment of our offers and will be the point of contact for our management and the Executive Board in the context of internal project approval
• You will lead the negotiations for co-operations with consortium partners and strategic subcontractors

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or law, industrial engineering or a comparable vocational training programme
• You have several years of professional experience in contract management, commercial offer or order processing
• You have basic knowledge in the areas of financing, controlling, taxes and insurance
• You can confidently use the standard MS Office programmes
• You are fluent in German and English - knowledge of French, Spanish or other foreign languages is a great advantage
• You enjoy working with other people and cultures and are willing to travel internationally
• You enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility
