BCA Europe is looking for a Commercial Project Manager Europe to support our key accounts, lead customer onboarding, and drive strategic initiatives in the fleet and leasing industry.

Role Accountabilities :

  • Manage the onboarding and implementation of new key account customers across Europe.
  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day customer support and account management.
  • Oversee and execute strategic projects to expand key accounts and optimize service delivery.
  • Support the rollout of innovative fleet and leasing solutions across multiple European markets.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial and operational teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance) to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.

Knowledge and Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the automotive, fleet, or B2B sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.
