BCA Europe is seeking a Commercial Project Manager Europe to support key accounts, lead customer onboarding, and drive strategic initiatives within the fleet and leasing industry.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Manage onboarding and implementation of new key account customers across Europe.
  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day customer support and account management.
  • Lead strategic projects to expand key accounts and improve service delivery.
  • Support the deployment of innovative fleet and leasing solutions across European markets.
  • Align commercial and operational teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance) for seamless solution integration.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and generate insights to improve customer experience and commercial results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to commercial strategy development.

Knowledge and Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the automotive, fleet, or B2B sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
