BCA Europe is seeking a Commercial Project Manager Europe to support key accounts, lead customer onboarding, and drive strategic initiatives within the fleet and leasing industry.

Role Accountabilities :
  1. Manage onboarding and implementation of new key account customers across Europe.
  2. Act as the primary contact for day-to-day customer support and account management.
  3. Oversee and execute strategic projects to expand key accounts and optimize service delivery.
  4. Support the rollout of innovative fleet and leasing solutions across European markets.
  5. Ensure alignment between commercial and operational teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance) for seamless solution integration.
  7. Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
  8. Identify process improvements and contribute to the commercial strategy.
Knowledge and Experience :
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the automotive, fleet, or B2B sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.
