We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager for our Commercial Operations team in Munich, Germany. This pivotal role supports strategic and tactical decision-making in marketing and sales, focusing on the Immunology & Inflammatory Teams across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. A Typical Day :

  1. Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and insights.
  2. Create comprehensive reports using Tableau and Power BI.
  3. Monitor sales performance metrics to enhance efficiency.
  4. Collaborate on strategic planning with senior management.
  5. Train sales teams in data analytics tools and techniques.
  6. Manage interfaces with Co-Commercialization partners.
  7. Standardize and streamline operational processes.
  8. Develop custom applications to improve data accessibility.

To Be Considered :

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business/Economics, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in sales operations or data analysis. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL is essential, as well as familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce. Preferred qualifications include experience in pharma or specialty care and fluency in English and German.
