Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the commercial operations of our Network Operating Centre managing a Europe-wide charging network.
  • You manage the commercial relationships with our field service providers and handle purchase order creation.
  • You optimize costs and act as the interface with our finance and purchasing department.
  • You conduct data analysis based on commercial data, CRM data, as well as charge data records.

You are responsible for analyzing and quality checking charge data records for invoicing processing with our partners.

  • You support the continuous improvement of our service quality and operational excellence.
  • You actively contribute to the ongoing growth of our eMobility business.

Your profile

  • University degree with a focus on business or a comparable professional training.
  • Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
  • Expertise in managing commercial relationships with partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaboratively prioritize tasks within the team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • A proactive can-do attitude and a passion for contributing to an innovative business area.
