A leading energy solutions company is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive teams that manage proposals and contract negotiations for nuclear services. The role requires a strong background in commercial judgment and leadership skills, as well as the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience, including 5 years in nuclear services contracts. The position offers competitive compensation and various benefits.
Lead team of Commercial Leaders in support of the GVH Installed Base businesses. Accountable for Commercial objectives, including Commitments, Convertible Orders, and Pricing. Responsible to ensure preparation of proposals, contract negotiations, commercial risk assessments, completion of the GVH and GEV governance processes, and hand over contracts to the delivery team. Influences commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership of process improvements with regards to business area. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

The base pay range for this position is $170,000-213,900. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 9/29/2025.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
