As part of the sales team, you’ll play a key role in the growth of ng-voice. Together, we support sales and revenue growth and ensure win-win deals with customers and partners.
To support our exponential growth, we’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team!
The role is located in Hamburg.
Tasks
What you’ll do
Participate in RFx processes, make SoC and commercial proposals
Prepare TCO analyses and detailed pricing summaries
Further develop commercial models
Manage internal databases tracking key terms and conditions
Initiate and follow up on internal decision-making process
Identify risks during the RFx process and provide measures to mitigate risks, draft contract, review contract and negotiate to ensure a risk controllable deal
Draft, review, and negotiate NDA, MoU, LoA, Partnership Agreement, Reseller Agreement, Consortium Agreement, Sales Agreements, etc.
Provide support on contract management during post-sales including contract handover, change management and dispute management
Requirements
Our Ideal new colleague
You have MSc or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Law, International Trade or similar
You have a minimum of 2 years in tech sales as a Commercial Manager, Price Manager, Contract Manager, Account Manager, Bid Manager, Deal Controller or similar
You have experience in relation to the commercial proposal, commercial model, price setting and analysis
You have strong negotiation and consultative selling skills as well as presentation & communication skills
You have financial and risk management understanding
You enjoy working in a scale-up environment
You have excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
