Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to assist our client with their array of projects, including data centres, pharmaceutical plants, gigafactories, and more.

The organization is a general contractor based in Germany. Although new in name, it has been formed from a collection of long-standing and respected companies in the field.

With several projects already underway in Germany and many more in the pipeline, they are actively expanding and aiming to make their mark not just in Germany but across the DACH region.

The CEO fosters an environment that supports continuous improvement, welcoming suggestions from new employees.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with clients, maintain existing relationships, and develop new partnerships through relationship building and client visits.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site managers to ensure timely delivery, complying with back-office regulations and leasing procedures.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders inside and outside the company to scope works and maintain transparency.
  • Have a strong understanding of German VAT and market regulations.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Management or similar roles (e.g., Business Unit Manager, Project Director).
  • Possess a strong blend of technical, communication, and engineering skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities.
