Hamburg Overhead Door, Inc., a leading provider of commercial and residential overhead door solutions, is seeking a Commercial Estimator and Project Manager to join our team. Position Summary: This dual role is responsible for estimating commercial projects and managing them to successful completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in the commercial construction industry. This is an office position with very little field work/job checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial overhead door projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine scope of work.
• Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the installation team to provide technical support and address field challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, contracts, change orders, and project updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in estimating AND project management required, preferably in the commercial construction or overhead door industry.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and bidding processes.
• Familiarity with sites used to seek bids and manage projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
