We are looking for outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executives with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us take on this market opportunity and achieve significant revenue targets. MuleSoft is the fastest growing business unit in Salesforce, with Germany being one of its fastest-growing markets globally.

MuleSoft is hiring for both our Commercial and Enterprise segments!

Our Commercial segment focuses on customers with 200-4500 employees.

Our Enterprise segment targets strategic customers with 5000-10,000+ employees.

This role involves more than just selling software; you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for owning and executing your go-to-market strategy and leading the sales cycle. We aim to not only change how our customers build software but also transform how they do business. You will sell strategic business outcomes through long-term, high-growth engagements.

You will be challenged to grow both personally and professionally, with many leaders in our organization having advanced through internal promotions. You will be supported by some of the smartest people who will push and support you to excel.

  • Financial Services
  • Retail & Consumer Goods
  • Manufacturing, Automotive, and Engineering

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Recent, successful experience leading complex, significant sales to IT and business leaders.
  • Enterprise: 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
  • Commercial: 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the field and a proven success record.
  • Proven overachievement in quota-carrying software sales roles.
  • Excitement for hunting new territory and building a business from scratch.
  • A focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
  • Honest and direct communication, always with others’ best interests in mind.
  • Highly collaborative team player with a company-first mentality, supporting team results and success.
  • Business fluency in both German and English.
