A leading consulting firm in Berlin is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to define and implement Go-to-Market strategies. The role involves working closely with Managing Directors, leading strategic conversations with C-level executives, and managing a commercial team. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic sales and fluency in both German and English. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Director to join our Sales and GTM team.
As Commercial Director, you will work with the Managing Directors to win new customers, develop key accounts, and play a decisive role in shaping our growth through a scalable commercial strategy

Define, optimize, and implement our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for A11. You will work closely with our three Managing Directors.
Ensure a constant deal flow through active market outreach, network maintenance, and targeted business development.
As a key player in partner acquisition, you will lead strategic initial conversations with C-level executives, identify critical business needs, ensure strategic alignment, and pass on opportunities in close coordination with our department leads.
Collaborate closely with our partners and Managing Directors on developing new services and value propositions.
Coordinate and lead a dedicated commercial team on a professional level. Over time, you will also take on the disciplinary leadership of a growing team.
Link customer insights with internal excellence. You bring the right experts from data, sales, marketing, digital, and tech consulting to the table to drive project success.
A completed degree in business, management, business administration, or a comparable background.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategic sales or commercial roles, ideally in consulting, tech, or digital companies.
Proven success in building client relationships and closing complex B2B deals with C-level executives.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams or relevant leadership experience in high-performing sales teams.
High ability to understand business concepts and business acumen.
Strategic thinking combined with an operational hands-on mentality.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in both German and English (C1+).
You think entrepreneurially, are proactive, and want to take on responsibility in an ambitious environment.
