As the Owner of O4B's P&L, you will shape its strategy, validate its market fit, and scale operations to create a best-in-class travel solution. Your leadership will unify cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Services, ensuring seamless execution and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a high-growth strategy for O4B with full P&L ownership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial product and operational success.
  • Drive profitable growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and prioritize the feature roadmap for maximum engagement and retention.
  • Optimize key performance metrics to improve efficiency and business value.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience scaling and leading B2B platforms or marketplaces.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning P&L and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
  • Experience in high-growth tech, marketplace, or travel industries.
  • An MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
