About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Lead to take ownership of our commercial data ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the integrity, accuracy, and availability of data across key commercial platforms. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of business and technology, enabling data-driven decision-making across our commercial organization.

Top Accountabilities

  • Master Data Strategy: Define and implement best-in-class master data governance and data quality standards for commercial operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Enable accurate reporting by ensuring that commercial data supports key KPIs and create user-friendly dashboards for sales teams.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve data quality through audits, validations, and cleansing initiatives. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks.
  • Commercial systems ownership: Act as the business data steward for Salesforce and TRAX systems in DACH in close collaboration with global Technology teams, ensuring consistent data structures, processes, and reporting integrity.
  • Sales KPI setting: Work closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Commercial Performance Management teams to align on commercial data processes and ensure timely and accurate KPI setting in line with business objectives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure alignment to regulatory and internal compliance standards regarding data usage and privacy including tracking of sales critical metrics
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps and recommend improvements in data entry, synchronization, and usage across systems.
  • Training & Enablement: Support capability building by training business users on data standards, processes, and tools to promote adoption and accountability.
