Role Description

We're looking for a Commercial Co-Founder at Carbon Capture Construction. The primary responsibilities include collaborating on Customer Discovery, Pitching the Idea, and creating the business model. After the initial founding, raising capital (ventures, seed, series, etc.), developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, collaborating on customer discovery and market research, identifying potential clients and partners, and driving revenue growth. The Commercial Co-Founder will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and communicating effectively with team members and external parties, with the option to transition into the CCO position later.

The role is hybrid, based in Munich or another city in Germany, with the flexibility of working remotely most of the time.

Qualifications

  • Practical communication skills for pitching and interacting with other commercial stakeholders at the C-level.
  • Experience in raising capital and knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Germany / Europe.
  • Research skills to identify market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and propose and run commercial strategies.
  • Marketing skills and the ability to execute marketing strategies are preferred.
  • Experience in the construction or environmental industry in Germany is a strong plus.

The project will be submitted to the Venture by September-October. Afterwards, the seed funding will guarantee 6 to 12 months of operation, allowing for the active raising of additional financing and enabling the launch of a pilot, thereby gaining traction.
