Commercial Business Performance Expert (m / w / d)

As the latest member of the Sales & Service group, you will be at the heart of Market Intelligence for Aftersales. In this position, you will play a critical role in parts and Accessories sales and profitability growth.

We want you to:

• Conduct deep analysis of Parts / UIO and Acc / NCS performance to identify best practices by product group and sales channel.
• Evaluate the feasibility of alternative commercial targets through analysis, e.g.: Profitability matrix / KPI’s.
• Manage the monthly P&A Sales & Profit reporting cycle with markets.
• Support NSC’S Commercial Strategy by providing tailored recommendations for their 2024 Commercial Business Planning.
• Calculate P&A targets and support negotiations with the markets.
• Prepare and distribute the markets' monthly P&A Performance Report.
• Contribute to the preparation of 4 quarterly P&A Executive Summaries.
• Analyze the status of Commercial Structure & Strategy from G11 Markets and top Distributor Markets.
• Conduct market analysis, including financial data, key performance indicators, and profitability streams of the business.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
• Gather information and conduct initial analysis, processing it into a useful summary. Provide sound business observations and rationale to support and improve NSC profitability.
• Generate new reports to support team/department objectives and decision-making.

About you:

• University Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related position or specialization
• Good analytical and strong communication skills
• Experienced Excel user
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage
