Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Serve as the first contact person and feel-good manager for colleagues and customers (m/f/d).
  • Organize processes in the reception area, including mail processing and parcel receipt.
  • Manage rooms, organize appointments, and handle other location management activities.
  • Provide hospitality and support to customers, business partners, and suppliers (m/f/d) at the location, e.g., catering.
  • Collaborate on various in-house projects, both small and large.
  • Assist with mobility and travel bookings, including registration of employees (m/f/d) with local authorities, compliance with legal and internal reporting obligations, and obtaining country-specific entry and residence regulations.

Your Profile

  • Commercial training in office management, hotel management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial work experience, even if you are a career changer.
  • Enthusiasm for working with (international) teams and people.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Soft skills: a communicative team player (m/f/d) with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
