Tired of doing the repetitive work everyday? Join our sales team, report directly to Head of EU Sales, and be the data powerhouse for the whole team! We’re looking for a performance analyst who lives and breathes data with a deep understanding of sales metrics. You’ll be the go-to expert for building dashboards, generating reports, and tracking the KPIs that keep our sales engine running at full speed.

This is a role for someone who can translate numbers into action—combining analytical precision with a deep understanding of sales performance drivers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain sales dashboards in tools like Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Deliver accurate, timely sales reporting across revenue, pipeline, conversion, and activity metrics.
  • Own KPI definition and tracking—ensuring performance data is clean, relevant, and actionable.
  • Report directly to our Head of Sales- EU, to run performance management processes and identify gaps or growth opportunities.
  • Analyse trends and create data-driven recommendations to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.

What You Bring:

  • Strong track record as a data analyst in a sales, revenue operations, or commercial performance role.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and at least one BI platform, preferablly PowerBI
  • Solid grasp of sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting principles.
  • Experience connecting multiple data sources (CRM, marketing, finance) for unified reporting.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
