We are recruiting on behalf of a large European Energy company that has opened a new office in Northern Germany to expand their renewables business.

In this position, you will:

• Be a responsible member of our investment team in Hamburg
• Contribute to the growth of the business

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing business plans and project valuations based on cash flow models
• Conducting economic assessments, structuring, and optimizing renewable energy projects during transactions, development, and construction phases
• Structuring and optimizing cooperation and participation models
• Preparing market and competition analyses, along with actionable recommendations on economically relevant issues
• Creating presentations, reports, and decision papers
• Participating in negotiations and following up on them
• Collaborating closely with international and national specialists and communicating with stakeholders such as investors and project partners

Ideal candidate profile:

• Degree in economics or a comparable qualification with above-average performance
• Initial professional experience in similar tasks and areas
• Knowledge of the German renewable energy market
