We’re supporting a global FMCG business in the search for a Commercial Analyst to join their growing team in Germany.

In this role, you’ll be the central point of insight between sales, category and marketing -helping shape key commercial decisions through deep data analysis, reporting and project support.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, understands the dynamics of the German retail landscape and knows how to add real value through data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market, category and sales performance using tools such as Nielsen or IRI
  • Develop regular performance dashboards, commercial trackers, and KPI reports
  • Write compelling sales narratives to support commercial sell-in's
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, and finance
  • Prepare impactful presentations to support internal reviews and retailer conversations
  • Support wider commercial projects and planning cycles, focusing on growth and efficiency

What we’re looking for:
