Grafana Labs is looking for Commercial Account Executive who will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across Eastern Europe. You will identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts, and track customer data. We advocate a consultative sales approach—learning about the customer's needs before discussing products. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating the value of our products, working with customers during the trial phase, and transferring strong relationships to our Customer Success team. Ideally, you come from a technical background and have experience selling technical products.

In Germany, the OTE compensation range for this role is €140,000 - €180,000. Actual compensation varies based on experience and skills, as discussed during the interview. Benefits include equity, bonuses, and other listed perks. Compensation ranges are country-specific. Applicants from other locations will have their pay range and benefits discussed at the start of the process.
