Accenture Song is seeking a trusted advisor and hands-on solution architect to guide clients through complex commerce transformations, from strategy to execution. You’ll connect business goals with composable architectures and help organizations adopt modern delivery practices.

With 10+ years in digital commerce or technology consulting, you’ll advise senior stakeholders, design MACH-aligned platforms, evaluate ERP/CRM landscapes, and shape roadmaps while working in flexible hybrid/remote models.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in digital commerce, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• Deep expertise in composable commerce and MACH principles.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading discovery/workshops.
• Strong knowledge of modern software delivery and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their role in scalable commerce ecosystems.

As a trusted advisor and hands‑on solution architect, you guide clients through complex commerce transformations—from early strategic direction to successful execution. Your Daily Work

• Commerce strategy & transformation: You advise clients on commerce strategies and transformation initiatives, grounding recommendations in business objectives, delivery reality, and organizational readiness.
• Future‑state architectures: You design composable, MACH‑aligned commerce architectures (headless, API‑first, best‑of‑breed) and integrate them into ERP, CRM, and legacy landscapes.
• Discovery & alignment: You lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions, translate insights into capability maps, solution blueprints, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Platform selection & guidance: You evaluate and recommend commerce platforms using structured, context‑specific criteria and articulate clear points of view to technical and business audiences.
• Modern delivery practices: You advise on CI/CD, GitOps, trunk‑based development, containerization, and platform engineering, supporting clients in adopting these practices sustainably.
• Innovation & AI in commerce: You shape the application of AI across the commerce value chain—personalization, intelligent search, dynamic pricing, agentic commerce—and within the SDLC to improve engineering productivity.

Who You Are

• You bring 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• You have deep expertise in composable commerce and MACH principles, with hands‑on experience across platforms such as commercetools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, VTEX, or Elastic Path.
• You are experienced in advising senior stakeholders and leading workshops that translate strategy into actionable solution designs.
• You have strong knowledge of modern software delivery and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and DORA metrics.
• You understand cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their role in scalable commerce ecosystems.
• You are confident operating between commercial strategy and technical depth and communicate clearly at C‑level.
