TEKsystems is seeking a Remote CSR after training to handle early-stage collections and provide member financial counseling. The role is contract-based and hybrid, based out of Scottsdale, AZ, with training followed by remote work.

Responsibilities include handling 80-120+ calls daily, using multiple systems, and offering empathetic problem-solving to minimize loss. Onsite training occurs monthly, with ongoing support for a seamless transition to remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a call center environment with outbound and inbound calls.
• Handles 80-120+ calls per day in a fast-paced setting.
• Onsite training monthly; remote work thereafter.
• Bachelor/HS diploma with relevant experience in retail/sales or collections.
• Must be computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems.
• Effective communicator with customer empathy and problem-solving ability.

REMOTE CSR after training**

Description

To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government and the Credit Union rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.

SHIFT: Monday – Saturday, (10:30am-7:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm MT depending on daylight savings time).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections


• Handle 80-120+ calls per day


• Onsite Training once a month then REMOTE*


• Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience prefer High end retail/fast food


• HS Diploma with collections or call center experience


• Call center orientated


• Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook


• Ability to navigate multiple systems and good Communication skills,


• Provide empathy to members, problem solve, overcome objectives

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
