Over the past few years we have cofounded and invested in some of the most iconic consumer brands in Europe. About the Company : We are launching a wellfunded premium consumer brand dedicated to redefining the nutrition sports and health sectors. Our vision is to deliver innovative sciencebacked products that enhance performance wellbeing and lifestyle quality for discerning consumers.

Tasks

Role Summary : We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial CoFounder & MD to lead our venture from concept to market leadership. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction building and leading the team overseeing brand development driving growth and establishing a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the overall strategic direction business model and gotomarket strategy.
• Build and lead a highperformance team fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Secure key partnerships and collaborations within the nutrition sports and health ecosystem.
• Oversee brand positioning product innovation and marketing strategy.
• Drive fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Ensure robust financial management and strategic resource allocation.
• Act as the public face and ambassador of the company raising awareness and credibility.

• Proven experience in leadership roles preferably as a founder or senior executive in consumer brands or startups ideally within nutrition sports health or related premium consumer sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands or products from early stage to significant market presence.
• Strong strategic thinking business acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder with the ability to inspire teams investors and market stakeholders.
• Passionate about wellness nutrition sports and the premium consumer space.
• Entrepreneurial spirit resilience and ability to thrive in fastpaced startup environments.
