  • Lead marketing strategy from zero to scale.

  • Build partnerships with food vendors and delivery providers.
  • Drive customer acquisition through online and offline channels.
  • Set up sales funnels for both B2C and B2B.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI.
  • Work closely with the product team to shape features based on feedback.

We’re building an AI-powered food tech platform - a subscription-based model that allows users to eat at multiple partner restaurants with flexible, affordable plans. Think “ClassPass for Restaurants”.

Location: Germany (Remote + On-site collaboration when required)

Commitment: Full-time, Equity + Revenue Share

Industry: Food-Tech, Subscription-based Platform

Key Requirement

• You must already own and operate a registered UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or GmbH in Germany to help with business structuring, partnerships, and operational setup.

Your Role

As Co-Founder & CMO, you will:

• Lead marketing strategy from zero to scale, including branding, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting restaurants, chefs, and customers.

• Build partnerships with food vendors, delivery/logistics providers, and corporate clients.

• Drive customer acquisition through both online and offline channels (SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, PR, events).

• Set up sales funnels for both B2C (customers) and B2B (restaurants/chefs).

• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI.

• Work closely with the product team to shape features based on customer and partner feedback.

• Represent the company in media, networking events, and industry conferences.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered business: Must already own a UG or GmbH in Germany.

• Experience: Proven track record in marketing & sales (preferably in food, e-commerce, or tech sectors).

• Skills:
