The Role:Founding Co-Founder / Chief Builder & Rainmaker

You’ll be the:

• Architect of ourAI-first product logic(CV → Embassy File → Work Permit → Contract → Payroll)
• Fundraising closer who walks into the room and wins the cap table
• Sales tactician who understands European procurement cycles
• Brand voice who turns vision into traction
• Strategic co-owner alongside the CEO to define and dominate the category

You Bring:

• 2+ successful exits, ideally as CTO, CPO, or CRO
• Provenfundraising experience (VC, Family Office, Strategic)
• Built/scaledAI or B2B SaaS platforms(Node/Python/LLMs preferred)
• Exceptionalverbal & written communication— storytelling + term sheet
• Product obsession AND commercial instincts
• Track record inGovTech, HealthTech, WorkforceTecha major plus
• Fluent inEnglish, German is a bonus

️ Responsibilities:

• Build MVP infrastructure with scalable tech stack
• Leadpitch rounds, investor comms, and due diligence
• Structure core team hiring for tech, compliance, and ops
• BuildAI architecturefor document generation, onboarding, embassy mapping
• Negotiate deals with clinics, ministries, and global partners
• Scale ARR from €0 → €30M+ within 30 months
