Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Germany for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and developing business plans. Key responsibilities include leading marketing and sales efforts, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the company's vision aligns with sustainable development. Additionally, the Co-Founder will play a crucial role in decision-making processes and setting the foundation for the company’s growth and innovation.
