We help bridge the gap between lab validation and industrial execution by addressing scale-up bottlenecks, drafting efficient process workflows, and preparing for pilot production. Our mission is to support engineers and non-engineers in transitioning from academic papers to full-scale industrial production.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder based in Berlin, Germany. As a Co-Founder, you will contribute to developing business strategies, drive engineering services, and marketing efforts. You will also engage in high-level communication with stakeholders, partners, and team members to ensure alignment and progress towards company goals.
