Tasks

The Role:

Be Our Sparring Partner & Business Driver We’re looking for a highly energetic cofounder who will be our business and sales powerhouse — and a true sparring partner.

You’ll challenge ideas, co-shape strategy, and help define our future as a company. Together, we’ll set goals, take calculated risks, and grow Coding Partners into a trusted name in the industry.

Your focus will be on bringing in new clients, closing B2B deals, and driving sustainable growth — all while helping shape the company culture and strategy from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a proactive business development and sales strategy.
  • Build relationships with startups, SMEs, and corporates who need tech expertise.
  • Actively pitch Coding Partners, close new business, and manage accounts.
  • Be the sounding board and sparring partner to the technical cofounder — working together to iterate strategy, positioning, and offerings.
  • Help define the company’s culture, vision, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements

Who You Are

  • Berlin-based and able to work on-site if we transition to a full-time office setup.
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial — you thrive on building something new.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, business development, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Passion for tech and the startup world — you understand the needs of founders and companies.
  • Confident communicator who loves meeting new people and closing deals.
  • Eager to co-create the company’s future, not just execute tasks.
  • Passion for AI and its possibilities — it’s a plus if you have automated some of your processes using AI tools.
