Could you be the full-time CNE - Strategic Planning (f/m/d) in Berlin we’re looking for?

Your Future Role

Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Global Planning Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

  1. Develop and follow up on AIM 2030 Roadmap monthly.
  2. Ensure S&OP adherence and standardization through reviews with sites, on-time reporting, and effective communication.
  3. Review OPS content for all high-critical bids and tenders.
  4. Standardize Pocket Plan and Site Master Plan for CNE sites.
  5. Work closely with the Industrial Strategy Team of CNE.
  6. Develop and implement strategic plans to support long-term business goals and objectives.
  7. Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic plans with overall business strategy.
  9. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic plans, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

All About You

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
