What awaits you at Mynaric

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as 5 Axis milling and 3+2 Axis milling etc.
• Ability to interpret complex CAD drawings and have Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience.
• Proven basic understanding/knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens/Haidenhain controls and G code CNC programming for 5 axis
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines, prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

What you bring with you

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CNC Milling machining with technical discipline or apprenticeship
• Experience with work holding, jigs and fixturing of complex machine components using 5 axis CNC equipment.
• Formal CNC machining certification education preferred along with CAM knowledge.
• Proven ability to accurately use a variety of measuring gauges (mics, calipers, comparator, bore gauges, thread gauges-I/D & O/D gauges, indicators, plug gauges, etc.)
• Basic computer skills including MS Work and Excel, and have excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English. German language knowledge is a plus.
