Job description
Tasks
- Create, modify and optimize CNC programs for machine control
- Conduct machine room simulations to ensure process reliability
- Prepare and archive setup and clamping plans as well as measurement protocols
- Implement process improvements in milling operations and machine technology
- Design 3D models in coordination with engineering
- Provide support for product development projects
Requirements
- Completed training as a lathe operator, milling cutter, cutting machine operator or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience
- Sound knowledge of CATIA V5 and zamiz
- Confident handling of ERP systems in production (e.g., BARL, BTEI, ARLG)
- Several years of experience with Siemens Sinumerik 840D; experience with Heidenhain control desirable
- Very good product and process knowledge in CNC manufacturing
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
