GloreSoft GmbH in Germany is seeking a dedicated CNC operator to join a facility equipped with 5-axis CNC milling machines. You will operate 5-axis CNC machines, set up and optimise pre-programmed operations, adjust cutting parameters, and perform collision checks on the programs.

You will work on single-part precision components rather than serial production, with long-term career opportunities and room for growth within the company.

Competenze

• Completed technical education with CNC focus.
• 5+ years hands-on CNC experience, preferably on 5-axis machines.
• At least 2 years in Turning or Milling or Grinding.
• Knowledge of CNC programming.
• German language at A2 minimum or willingness to take an intensive course.

Mansioni

• Operate 5-axis CNC machines independently.
• Set up and optimise pre-programmed CNC operations.
• Adjust cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, etc.).
• Conduct collision checks and run-in programs at the machine.
• Perform tool monitoring and maintenance.

Permanent Position as a CNC operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 5-axis CNC machines independently
• Set up and optimise pre-programmed CNC operations
• Adjust cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, etc.)
• Conduct collision checks and run-in programs at the machine
• Perform tool monitoring and maintenance
• Make minor program edits directly at the control panel
• Work primarily on single-part precision components (not serial production)

Requirements:

• Completed technical education, e.g., Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with CNC focus
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience operating CNC machines (preferably 5-axis)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in either Turning or Milling or Grinding
• Understanding of CNC programming
• German language skills (minimum A2) or commitment to complete an intensive German course before employment
