Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing function and help us build Structrly through their e-commerce experience.

IMPORTANT :

We are looking for someone with CMO or marketing leadership experience in e-commerce companies. Candidates without this specific requirement will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Own the Strategy : Define and execute Structrly’s go-to-market and growth strategy across key segments, channels, and geographies.
  2. Lead Demand Generation : Build and optimize performance marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads.
  3. Leverage Data : Use Structrly’s platform to uncover insights and continuously refine marketing effectiveness.
  4. Build and Lead a Team : Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team aligned with Structrly’s growth objectives.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications :
  1. At least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role in e-commerce.
  2. Proven track record in demand generation, growth marketing, and brand leadership.
  3. Passion for marketing technology, automation, and empowering teams through insight.
