To support our Cluster Revenue Management, we are looking for a dedicated person as Cluster Revenue Support (f/m/d) part-time (30 hours/week) as soon as possible. You will support the Cluster Revenue Manager in the implementation of revenue management strategies for several hotels in our Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn portfolio.

Your daily business
  • Daily monitoring of the pick-up reports of the individual hotels
  • Preparation of competition and market analyses, as well as trend analyses and capacity forecasts
  • Support in the development, implementation and adjustment of pricing strategies in close cooperation with the Cluster Revenue Manager
  • Maintaining and monitoring all relevant sales channels and revenue management systems
  • Analysis of relevant key figures to identify optimization potential
  • Participation in the processing of group inquiries with regard to revenue optimization per store
  • Preparation of analyses and weekly and monthly reports
  • Support with budget planning
  • Actively supporting the hotel managers in achieving the specified targets
  • Close coordination with the Sales Manager and the reservation teams to optimize sales and pricing
  • Control of content on booking platforms
  • Entering and managing contracted rates and availability

Our Expectation
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification, ideally with initial experience in revenue management or group reservations
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Market and industry knowledge
  • Strong interest in figures, analysis processes and strategic pricing
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
