With 18 hotels across 14 cities—and consistently fully booked rooms—our Revenue Management team ensures optimal room revenues with a staff of four, covering everything from expert advice to forecasting and lodging budget creation. Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

  • You are responsible for the revenue management of up to 4 hotels at different locations
  • You develop strategies to maximize room revenue and market share, maintaining strong relationships with online travel agencies and colleagues in reservations
  • You are characterized by your analytical thinking skills and you are responsible for regular forecasting and demand analysis
  • You are not only the master of the rates for your houses, but watch over the numbers with eagle eyes and accuracy so that even the smallest change in the market is recognized
Qualifications

  • You have several years of experience in hotel revenue management and are fluent in English.
  • You enjoy monitoring the market and analyzing numbers.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and ideally have experience with Opera Cloud PMS and IDeaS RMS.
  • You are assertive, communicate directly, and present your ideas clearly.
  • You can analyze business development in detail and explain it understandably.
  • Most importantly: you bring personality, team spirit, and commitment.
