The organization you will be working for, offers a broad variety of facility services in the International Hospitality Industry.

Your duties and responsibilities will entail:

* Acting as the primary point of contact for the client and establishing strong client relationships;
* Identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and improving overall service delivery;
* Monitoring vendor service delivery and contractual obligations;
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and contractors;
* Oversee back of house services to ensure high standards.
