The Impact You'll Make

As Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution, you'll be the driving force behind revenue growth, market positioning, and customer engagement. You'll lead with vision, collaborate across disciplines, and bring bold ideas to life.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and inspire the proactive sales and event booking teams across both hotels.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Business Travel, MICE, and leisure segments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue leaders to align on commercial goals.
  • Represent the hotels at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Negotiate corporate and group contracts with confidence and creativity.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • 34+ years of experience in proactive hotel sales with a strong track record in business development.
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for team success.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Opera Sales & Catering.
  • A customer-first mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Willingness to travel and a positive, energetic approach to challenges.
  • Legal right to work in the European Union.
