Responsibilities

- Drive customer success. Ensure the team represents external needs inside Microsoft, supplies territory insights, clears technical blockers, gathers feedback, presents strong business cases, and drives consumption, adoption, and use.
- Strive for technical excellence. Set clear governance expectations and guide delivery through the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework to ensure solutions meet standards for performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Deliver measurable business impact. Achieve team targets and metrics, blend delivery with consumption motions, and utilize Microsoft, industry, market, and engagement insights to shape area vision, prioritize skilling and engagements, position offerings, and unlock new cloud growth with top customers and strategic opportunities.
- Champion Microsoft’s Unified support model. Explain, shape, and implement Microsoft’s Unified support model, fostering effective collaboration with customers. Your team’s engagement on engineering programs and use of repeatable IP will be key to sustained success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- First experience in people management and/or extensive experience in technical leadership, managing roles like practice managers, technical sales managers, or architect managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles related to developer technologies and audiences.
- Significant experience leading technical projects or teams.
- Technical certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) or broad technical knowledge in application development, AI, architecture, and cloud deployment scenarios.
- Experience in enterprise application and system development.
