Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead as the solution expert and introduce the technical vision for Sangfor's Cloud solutions both internally and to customers.
  2. Serve as a specific industry expert in sectors such as government, education, healthcare, and enterprise. Understand industry market size, requirements, and solutions with added value.
  3. Innovate in delivery by embracing new agile methodologies enabled by modern Cloud tools to deliver solutions effectively.
  4. Provide technical expertise by analyzing customer requirements, recommending solutions, and assisting sales and pre-sales teams with proposals and presentations.
  5. Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams responsible for Sangfor’s Cloud technologies and solutions, including market positioning and industry-specific strategies.
  6. Offer feedback to product managers regarding product enhancements to better meet customer needs and create value.
  7. Maintain close relationships with key customers as a trusted consultant.
  8. Collaborate with Marketing to develop solution collateral such as workshop materials, use cases, and training resources for sales and partners.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical background in Cloud technologies, including Infrastructure, Hypervisor, Backup, Unified Storage, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Consulting System Engineer, Product Marketer, or in sales/pre-sales/solutions architecture within the cloud industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels, including remote teams.
