Jobbeschreibung

Ø Lead as the solution expert and introduce the technical vision for Sangfor-focused Cloud solutions internally and to customers.

Ø Serve as a specific industry expert in sectors such as government, education, healthcare, and enterprise. Understand industry market size, requirements, and solutions with added value.

Ø Innovate in delivery by embracing new agile methodologies enabled by Cloud tools to effectively deliver Cloud solutions.

Ø Provide technical expertise in analyzing customer requirements, recommending solutions, and assisting sales and pre-sales teams with proposals, presentations, etc.

Ø Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketing teams responsible for Sangfor’s Cloud technologies, solutions, and marketing positioning.

Ø Offer feedback to product managers on potential product enhancements to meet customer needs and create value.

Ø Maintain close relationships with key customers as a trusted consultant.

Ø Collaborate with Marketing to develop solution collateral, including workshop materials, use cases, and training resources for sales and partners.

Qualifications:

Ø Strong technical background in Cloud technologies, including Infrastructure, Hypervisor, Backup, Unified Storage, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

Ø 5+ years of experience as a solution architect, consulting system engineer, product marketing, sales, pre-sales, or solutions architect in the cloud industry is advantageous.

Ø Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Ø Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Ø Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, including remote areas.
