Job summary

Talantir in the Cologne area seeks a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to own and develop a modern Azure-based hybrid infrastructure, connecting cloud and on-prem networks and acting as a senior escalation point. You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware and enterprise Microsoft 365 services, shaping IT operations with real ownership and long-term impact in a stable, forward‑thinking business.

Fluent German (C1+) is required, and you bring 4+ years of IT infrastructure experience

You will act as the technical backbone of IT operations, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-prem systems — and stepping in for the Head of Operations when required.
